This craft has two versions: a hungry polar bear who just came out of hibernation and a fat one who is ready for a long sleep. You can change the clothing accessories to match the mood of the holiday or winter crafting (or just because your polar bear CAN…). This craft is great for learning about polar bear science or for use as puppets during winter reading time!
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Print out your pages and gather your supplies.
Step 2: Cut out your polar bear craft shapes.

Step 4: If you chose the black and white version, then color your pieces first (before cutting!).
Step 5: Now glue your craft pieces together.
Step 6: Until your polar bear comes into shape. We glued all the pieces onto plain paper. If you like, you can also glue the pieces to make a puppet.
Step 7: Additionally, if you like, choose the clothing piece of your choice for your polar bear.
Step 8: And dress him. Your polar bear craft is ready for play!
