I have severe seasonal allergy. The runny nose, itchy eyes, sore throat sometimes, & the sinus infection don’t leave me good for ANYTHING. My face is tired before I even begin the day!! I tried lots of nasal allergy relief tips & natural home remedies and the these simple ideas are the only best few that ‘really’ helped loosen the nasal congestion & sinus pressure!! But don’t try any strong remedy such as essential oils etc. for kids without asking an expert if they’re safe.
